Our Proposal Package is for those who want to create an unforgettable, "Pinterest-perfect" moment without the stress of DIY logistics. Whether it’s a lush floral arch on a private rooftop, a path of rose petals and candles in a local park, or a sophisticated floral installation at your favorite restaurant, we handle every detail of the setup and breakdown.

This is a Custom Service that includes a high level of design flexibility to ensure the environment perfectly reflects your relationship.

What’s Included:

  • Design Consultation: Work one-on-one with our lead designers to brainstorm themes, color palettes, and floral varieties.

  • Full-Service Installation: Our team arrives on-site to execute the floral decor, candle placement, and styling.

  • Seamless Breakdown: Once the "Yes!" is captured and you’ve headed to your celebration, we return to discreetly clear the space.

  • Vessel & Prop Access: Access to our curated collection of custom vessels, pillars, and decor accents.

    • Minimum Budget: $500

    • Availability: Pick up in Ann Arbor or Delivery available in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Chelsea, Dexter and Saline.

    • Booking: Now accepting reservations for 2026 and 2027.

Pro Tip: We love collaborating with photographers! If you have a professional capturing the moment, we can coordinate our setup times to ensure the lighting and floral angles are camera-ready.

Your Floral Timeline

 

Step 1: Select Your Style

Browse our Wedding Lookbook and Color Guide to get inspired.

Step 2: Check Availability & Place Preliminary Order

Fill out our simplified Floral Order Form. Tell us your date, your chosen color palette, and the items you need (like a floral install, loose petals, a bouquet and more!).

Step 3: Consultation & Quote

Our lead designers will review your form and schedule a brief consultation to finalize the logistics (especially for on-site installs). We will then send a custom proposal and an invoice with a direct payment link to officially secure our team for your date.

Step 4: Finalize Details

We will reach out 2 months prior to your day to confirm delivery information and make any final changes to your order.

Step 5: The Big Moment!

On the day of, our team handles the full professional installation and styling. We finish the setup at least 30 minutes before your arrival so the space is pristine. After you’ve celebrated and moved on to your next destination, we return for a discreet breakdown and cleanup.

FAQs

  • 2 years to 6 months prior to your event! As we will fill up our event calendar certain dates will be blacked out, so the sooner you book the better!

  • Typical budget range $500 - $4,000. The Proposal package has a $500 minimum with no maximum.

  • We will reach out to review your order 7 weeks prior to your event date. The final numbers must be in one month before the event date.

  • 20% of your preliminary order cost is required to secure your date. This amount is non refundable.

  • You will have the opportunity to submit inspiration photos, floral requests and your color palette. We will take all of these elements into consideration as we source and design your seasonal arrangements.
