À La Carte Wedding Florals
Our À La Carte offering introduces more transparency and efficiency to the event florals industry, but uses the same creative attention and beautiful product that UFS is known for. Using a Wedding Lookbook and Color Guide we can help design the perfect flowers for you.
Once you have placed your preliminary order below, we will follow up with a confirmation call and email invoice. You can of course make adjustments to your order, but all edits must be made 6 weeks out from your event.

Your Floral Timeline
Step 1: Get Organized
Open up the lookbook, pull up the color guide, sit down with a cup of coffee and think about the florals you are looking for to make your dream day come to life!
Step 2: Check Availability & Place Preliminary Order
By filling out the form below you will confirm your wedding date is available and submit your preliminary floral order.
(You will be able to make adjustments to your order, but a strong estimate is encouraged)
Step 3: Book A Review With Our Design Team
After submitting your preliminary order, we will send you an email to schedule a phone call to confirm your order and answer any outstanding questions!
Step 4: Secure Your Date
After our phone call, we will send over a proposal for you to take a look at! If it looks good on your end you will go ahead and pay the deposit and sign the contract.
Step 5: Finalize Details
We will reach out 2 months prior to your day to confirm delivery information and make any final changes to your order.
Step 6: Your Wedding Day!
Enjoy your fresh and seasonal blooms that our team of artists designed just for you.

2 years to 6 months prior to your event! As we will fill up our event calendar certain dates will be blacked out, so the sooner you book the better!

Typical budget range $1,000 - $4,000. The Satin package has a $1,000 minimum with no maximum.

We will reach out to review your order 7 weeks prior to your event date. The final numbers must be in one month before the event date.

Select your best guess for the ceremony start time! (We will discuss your timeline in more detail closer to your event date).

We are sorry, we are already booked for your date. Feel free to reach out and we can offer our reccomendations!

20% of your preliminary order cost is required to secure your date. This amount is non refundable.

You will have the opportunity to submit inspiration photos, floral requests and your color palette. We will take all of these elements into consideration as we source and design your seasonal arrangements.
